- From my experience with The PMU Circle and speaking to artists daily, I've discovered a troubling truth: around 80% of newly qualified artists are struggling. Even after good training with highly experienced trainers.
- They just do not have enough time in person with their trainer. They are not completing enough models under supervision. They are messing up on case studies which massively knocks their confidence to continue.
- They struggle with all areas from theory to technique to business & getting clients. Many give up because they don’t have the right training. Many waste thousands, only to retrain again and again.

Why Choose a Mentorship?
- Longer Training: You access more time and guidance in the academy to develop your skills with tattooing. Permanent Makeup can be a very challenging and demanding treatment, make sure you transition to clients fully prepared.
- Hands-on Experience: You get treble the amount of models to work on compared to standard courses. Every skin you tattoo will react differently, will you be confident adapting on your own? Or would you rather continue models under supervision with a trainer on hand, walking you through many scenarios step by step?
- Confidence Building: Artists should feel confident in their abilities, knowing how to adapt and apply their knowledge. Unfortunately, a short, intense class is unlikely to deliver on this.

Mentoring
1-2-1 PMU Mentoring and Advanced Workshops
You pick the subject and we will tailor the time to suit you.
Whether it’s colour theory, getting those brows even or how to template your strokes – the day is 100% your time, your choice!
You can choose anything – brows, lips, eyeliner or even theory based. Understanding pigments, colour correction, the list is endless!
Practice pads & models are supplied, along with needles, equipment etc. If you’re using a different machine to myself, you’re more than welcome to bring that along with you too.
Minimum 2 hours. You must be fully qualified in permanent makeup.
